Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and the Conditions
of Sale, Pureland International's total liability in respect of
losses, damages or other liabilities to any user shall not exceed
the lower of :
· the list price of the relevant item(s) which you purchased; and
· the sum of S$1,000,
The above provisions shall not apply to any liability for personal
injury or death caused by Pureland International's negligence for
which there shall not be any contractual limitation. Your use and
browsing of the Site is at your risk. If you are dissatisfied with
any of the materials contained in the Site, or with any of these
Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue

GOVERNING LAW
AND JURISDICTION

You agree that all contracts between you and Pureland International
will be deemed for all purposes to have been concluded in Singapore.
You agree that these Terms and the Conditions of Sale will be governed
exclusively by the law of Singapore without regard its conflict of
law rules and that you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Courts of Singapore.

Pureland International and you agree that these Terms and the Conditions
of Sale in electronic form constitute a written document and therefore
you undertake not to dispute or challenge the validity or enforceability
of these Terms and the Conditions of Sale on the grounds that it is
not a written document and Pureland International and you hereby waive
any such right you may have at law.
Further, you and Pureland International agree to admit these Terms
and the Conditions of Sale in electronic form as an original document,
and will not challenge the admissibility of the terms of these Terms
and the Conditions of Sale on grounds that the same were made in electronic
form.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER
PURELAND INTERNATIONAL NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING,
OR DELIVERING THE SITE IS LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE
OF, THE SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE SITE
